Get in touch and give us a run through your design.. show us your sketches, plans, do's and do nots , tell us about your lifestyle and the way you want to use the van. The more info we know about your project the better
Step 2.
We can now provide an initial cost estimate for the project. Once we both agree to proceed, the next step would be a visit to our factory to finalize CAD design drawings, detailed costs, and specification sheets.
When design and spec are sorted its into picking colours, finishes and the finer details.
Step 3.
We're ready to go. As soon as we've agreed on the lead times and the payment terms for the deposit and final balance, we can start your project.

Cabinetry features
At EWORC, we manage the entire production of our cabinets and lockers, from initial design to final construction. This in-house approach gives us complete control over quality and ensures reliable delivery times for our clients. Our cabinets are built using a durable poplar core plywood, specifically chosen to keep vehicle weight to a minimum. For a quiet journey, we use heavy-duty hinges with integrated soft-close buffers to hold doors securely and eliminate rattles while you're on the move. Drawers operate smoothly and reliably on premium ball-bearing sliders. Finally, to ensure longevity and simplify cleaning, we apply a seam seal where the cabinets meet the floor, protecting all edges from moisture.

This ethos guides our entire process, starting with the in-house manufacturing of our own wiring harnesses. By controlling every connection, we guarantee correct cable sizing, secure routing, and robust protection, giving you complete peace of mind on any journey.

Comfort and convenience
Every aspect of our camper interiors is designed for year-round comfort and convenience. For optimal light control and privacy, all windows and double-glazed ceiling vents are fitted with seamlessly integrated fly screens and blackout blinds. We also offer optional double-glazed privacy windows, which feature a full tint and a sleek, low-profile exterior design.
The fully insulated cabin is kept warm by a powerful 2-4KW heating system, available in either gas or diesel. Two main outlets ensure even heat distribution, while a third strategically placed vent transforms the washroom into a highly effective drying area for wet gear.
To ensure a perfect night's sleep, we offer a wide range of bed configurations, with the height, width, and length all customizable to your personal requirements. To complete the cohesive and premium feel of the interior, the front cab and lounge seating are expertly upholstered in matching soft-touch fabrics.
Services
At EWORC, our camper conversions are built on a foundation of quality, durability, and user-friendly design. We use durable stainless steel for our shower trays to guarantee they will never crack or break. For security and modern convenience, our electrical and water inputs feature locking housings with magnetic flaps that stay firmly shut. The entire water system is engineered for safety and ease of use, with colour-coded (red/blue) food-grade piping, an internally-housed pump and fresh tank to protect them from harsh weather, and simple, discrete drain valves for easy winterising. Even the toilet cassette locker is thoughtfully designed, fully enclosed and accessible from the exterior for clean and simple maintenance.
