Warranty overview

​All conversions completed by EWORC are covered by a limited 1‑year warranty on workmanship and materials, effective from the date of handover. Electrical components supplied by third‑party manufacturers follow the supplier warranty and will vary by part — we will register and support claims when needed.

What this warranty covers

  • Defects in cabinet construction, joinery and installation arising from workmanship.

  • Failure of electrical installations if caused by incorrect installation or component defects (excluding third‑party manufacturer faults subject to supplier warranty).

  • Flooring separation or delamination caused by workmanship.

  • Water ingress from windows, service hatches or other exterior items installed by EWORC​

  • Faults in systems we manufacture or install (e.g. wiring looms assembled by EWORC).

What this warranty does not cover

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications or negligent repairs.

  • Wear and tear from normal use (hinges wearing, cosmetic scuffs, fabric wear).

  • Damage caused by water ingress where the cause is an external leak not related to our workmanship (roof, door seal failures).

  • Battery capacity degradation due to normal usage; batteries are covered by the battery manufacturer warranty.

  • Third‑party fitted accessories not supplied or installed by EWORC unless otherwise agreed.

How to make a claim

  1. Details: Customer, handover date, photos or short video of the fault, vehicle make, model and registration.

  2. Contact support: Email info@eworc.ie or for urgent safety issues call 044 93 34671.

  3. Diagnosis: We will reply within 2 business days to access the problem and advise next steps (remote fix, workshop appointment or onsite visit).

  4. Repair: If covered, repairs will be scheduled and completed at no charge (subject to availability). If not covered, we'll provide a transparent quote before any work begins.
